Faith Family Baptist Church

Join Faith Family as we lead a team to live out our mission among one of the largest unreached people groups in the world.

On this team you will travel to Osaka, Japan a city of 2.7 million people rich in culture and history, but steeped in tradition and family religions. Few Japanese people have ever heard the story of Jesus or the message of the gospel and many young people are abandoning the traditional Japanese idols and religions in favor of atheism, leaving them with no belief or hope in anything other than themselves. Our trip will be joining in the work God is already doing to bring light and hope to the Japanese people through Christians just like you!

On this mission trip you will serve in some of the following ways:

Relational Evangelism - Our team will go to universities, parks, arcades, stations, markets, and other public places throughout our journey. Anywhere we go, we will stand out and make friends with people interested in meeting foreigners and learning more about Americans.
Partnering with Japanese Churches - While there are many who don't know Jesus in Japan, there are local churches making disciples among them. On this team you will partcipate in worship with Japanese believers and have the opportunity to serve alongside them.
5-Minute English - A large emphasis on this trip will be going to busy train stations or footbridges and holding up signs offering free English lessons from Americans. Business people, college students, and people who have lived or traveled to the West will jump at the chance to brush up their English skills. This is a great way to meet lots of people and have many gospel conversations.

Dates: June 21-July 1, 2025

Cost: $3700* covers meals, lodging, all airfair, training, in-country transportation & travel insurance....everything but your perosnal souvenirs. NOTE: this cost does not include personal passport, individual medical needs or additional insurances. There is no travel visa required for Americans visiting Japan.

*Due to the volatility of fuel prices and their effect on travel costs, we can not provide the exact cost until closer to the trip dates.
